Although the primary focus of the Dwarf Iris Society is miniature dwarf bearded (MDB) irises, we also encourage interest in all types of small irises.
Arilbred dwarfs are defined as arilbreds less than 13 inches in height. As arilbreds, they fall under the purview of the Aril Society International.
Arilbred dwarfs may fall under any of the nine arilbred categories, and represent a wide range of ancestry including oncocyclus, Regelia, dwarf bearded, and tall bearded species.
